Chief Instructor Jason Anderson

Jason Anderson joined the club in 2009 and was among the first students to train under the former Chief Instructor and club founder, Stuart Lowe (4th Dan). From his earliest days, Jason demonstrated dedication and commitment, steadily working his way through the grades to achieve his 1st Dan Black Belt.

During this journey, Jason gained valuable experience as a training instructor before being promoted to Assistant Instructor at Brown Belt. Six months after attaining his Black Belt, he successfully completed his exams to qualify as a CMAA Level 1 Instructor. Over the years, Jason’s dedication to training and teaching was further recognised with the award of his 2nd Dan, and he now proudly holds the rank of 3rd Dan.

Jason is also a qualified First Aider and has assisted in the delivery of First Aid training. In addition, he has undertaken specialist qualifications in areas such as:

  • Shock Knife training

  • Hostile environment training

  • Specialist unarmed combat training

  • Advanced defence against weapons

As Chief Instructor, Jason also plays a vital role in the continuous professional development of other instructors, ensuring high standards are maintained across the club. At the same time, he continues his own training and personal development under the guidance of Stuart Lowe (4th Dan), honouring the strong traditions and values on which the club was built.
