Women Only Courses

We can appreciate it can be rather daunting joining a new club, where the majority of members are male. Therefore we provide 6 week courses for Women only. 


These courses are specifically designed for attacks on Women.  

Let us teach you how to defend yourself against all manner of attacks and threats, as well as how to fight back.
